Metal Gaskets

Metal gaskets is a term often used to describe any size of gasket, shim or washer that is manufactured from elemental metals or alloys such as steel, brass or titanium. Specialist metal alloys such as Inconel, which is composed of nickel, chromium and iron, have properties suited to processes that undergo extreme pressures or temperatures.

Heat Exchanger Gaskets

Manufactured from reinforced graphite sheets for excellent corrosion and high-temperature resistance and compressibility.

Camprofile Gaskets

Reinforced with a tanged steel insert, tanged gaskets provide excellent creep resistance and chemical stability to temperatures of 2500°C.

Classic Car Gasket

Laminated with a thin stainless-steel foil for long-term stability on compression and recovery over a wide temperature and high-pressure range.

Spiral Wound Gaskets

Pure graphite gaskets are widely used where high temperatures and aggressive substances are used in the process.

Metal Shim washers

Graphite based wire mesh reinforced with polymer coating both sides for sealing resistant to a wide range of chemicals at extreme temperatures and pressures.

Ring Joint Gaskets

Graphite based with polymer coating both sides and suitable for sealing resistance to steam and aggressive chemicals up to 650° C and 120 bar.

Metal O Ring Gaskets

Graphite based with polymer coating both sides and suitable for sealing resistance to steam and aggressive chemicals up to 650° C and 120 bar.

Metal Taylor Ring Gaskets

Adding an inner eyelet to the graphite gasket improves the overall resistance and life of the seal, particularly in situations with fluctuating pressures.
